Well back into the Saturday morning classes, I was greeted with a crazy workout.
Here is the list...
10 sprawls
10 inchworms
10 squat jumps
10 push ups
10 squat thrusters
10 ball slams
10 horizontal rows
10 kettle bell swings
10 mountain climbers
10 scissor kicks
3 rounds, no breaks... Just get it done!
Needless to say I was toast.....
