Little sick. lost some weight, back at 'er!

This week I was down 7.8lb. Not bad :)

I walked Thursday night 1.34km, no shin splints! Glad about that!

I didn't make it to my one on one class on Wednesday, I felt a little sick. Throat was scratchy, and my energy was low.

I did finally get back to it this morning with a class run by the evil Brian!

Here is what he had for us!

40 seconds on, 20 off for each move

Complex 1

Squat thrusters (16kg bell)
Bent over rows (right)
Mountain Climbers
Bent over row (left)
Scissor kicks

1 minute rest

Complex 2

Lunge twists
Floor presses (right)
Bench warmers (awful)
Floor presses (left)
Plank

We did all of these for 2 rounds!

Once complete we broke into 2 groups of 7 and did prowler races
Push the prowler one length of gym, then 3 sprawls, then back asap!
2 rounds!
We won! LOL

Needless to say, this was a great morning! haha
