Well, as promised in my last update, I went to a class today... Tuesdays and Thursdays will be my classes. I enjoyed getting back into the group environment.
This workout had a great warm-up, some new moves mean't to loosen us up for what was to come.
Then we did the workout.
It consisted of 10 rounds, yes I said 10 rounds of work. No official breaks.
15 K bell swings
2 runs of the prowler
10 TRX Rows
That's it, easy right? Well it wasn't easy for me. I was killed after this one. On a scale of 1 to 10, I was sitting around 16ish....
We finished with a great stretching routine. This was supposed to be the cooldown, it was difficult because I was toast! LOL
Well, until Thursday...
