Hostyle Conditioning - One on One, 3 not so fun rounds!

Well, another week down, 5lb down as well.. Happy with the weight loss this week, my cheat night tonight will be that much sweeter! Bring on the goodies!

I was really sore for today, but powered through the workout

It was comprised of 3 sections, here it was,

Warmup of course as usual

Round 1

10 squats
20 Ball slams (with a dead bouncing 30lb medicine ball!!)
10 squats
20 ball slams

60 seconds rest

10 squats
20 Ball slams (with a dead bouncing 30lb medicine ball!!)
10 squats
20 ball slams

60 seconds rest

10 squats
20 Ball slams (with a dead bouncing 30lb medicine ball!!)
10 squats
20 ball slams

90 seconds rest

On to round 2

Hmm, what to call these, Kettle bell extension swings from lower right up to above my left shoulder... Ok, we'll call them kettle bell extension swings LOL

K Bell extension swings right to left for 5
K Bell extension swings left to right for 5
K Bell extension swings right to left for 5
K Bell extension swings left to right for 5
Hot potato with the K bell for 10

60 seconds rest

K Bell extension swings right to left for 5
K Bell extension swings left to right for 5
K Bell extension swings right to left for 5
K Bell extension swings left to right for 5
Hot potato with the K bell for 20

60 seconds rest

K Bell extension swings right to left for 5
K Bell extension swings left to right for 5
K Bell extension swings right to left for 5
K Bell extension swings left to right for 5
Hot potato with the K bell for 25

2 Minute rest

Round 3

(yes I'm in trouble at this point) Mental warfare!
