Well, another early to rise, early to workout with Hostyle Conditioning.
I was able to shed 3 lb this week, but I should have lost more, next week will be much better. I am going to tighten up the diet and I also will be doing 2 classes on top of the one on one, so expect more blogs :)
Todays workout killed my arms. Forearms to be exact...
Here is what I did.
10 K bells swing
2 laps of farmers walks with 2 K bells
Do this for 2 rounds
1 minute rest
3 rounds of the above
Then did laps while shouldering 20lb and 40lb sand bags
Lots of laps, alternating shoulders.
Finished with the exercise ball back extensions
By the last round of K bell farmers walk, my forearms were screaming for me to stop!
I'm excited to get back into the classes.... I'll report on Tuesday how it goes!
