Same o same o, these cardio posts are getting boring I bet. Ahh well, it keeps me honest continuously writing these...
Tomorrow is weigh in day, and expect a big raise in weight... Did I cheat? Did I not workout? Well you know I worked out if you have read any of these posts, and eating it on point as usual... So what happened?
Well, remember I mentioned I went down to one blood pressure pill? The one I stopped taking was a water pill (makes you pee). So I felt thicker and bloated pretty much the day after stopping them. This week will be a big gain, then next week should be back to normal... we shall see!!!!
