Hostyle Workout - One on One "3 rounds of Hell"

Well today was my one on one Hostyle conditioning workout. It was a throwback to the old days of completing rounds.

This one I found to be challenging once again due to the cardio involved.

10 Pushups
15 Burpees
20 Clean and Press (20 lb sandbag)
30 Push Presses (20lb sandbag)
50 Box Steps

I completed 3 rounds with 1 minute rest between the entire round....

I did this in 28:10

I was crazy, I was wiped!

So on to the weigh in... Well I gained a bunch of weight as expected and I wasn't upset or surprised! I knew it was coming, and I was warned by my doctor. I am glad I lost the pill for blood pressure!

So the news goes like this, I now weigh 335.2! haha, next week I should be stabilized and the weight will start to drop again.

I will get to the 320 soon! I guarantee it!
