I started with Blue band pull downs
5 sets @ 20 reps
I then did:
4 board close grip bench presses @ 115lb's
1 set @ 11 reps
2 sets @ 12 reps
1 set of press to failure and the did some holds focusing on keeping my elbows in.
We also tied a band around my body and elbows to keep them in during the presses.
I then did 4 sets of 10 plate raises using a 35lb plate
1 minute break between the sets.
And that was it. I wasn't sweating much, but I was spent!
