Hostyle Conditioning Group class

Today was another group class. It was led by mad mike. It was a great workout. Here is what we did!

6 exercies, 60 seconds each 1 minute rest after all 6 are done!

Ball slams with 25 lb medicine ball
Burpees
Kettle bell swings.
Horizontal rows
Push ups
Push press
1 minute break

We did 3 rounds of this.

I did a total of 449 reps!

I was wiped. Thanks mike, you sure are mad...
