Bonus Cardio

Well since I took New Year's day off I figured I would use my "Day of Rest" to get some cardio in.

Standard stationary Bike

10 mins @ 0
10 mins @ 1
5 mins @ 2
5 mins @ 1

30 minutes - 10.54 Kilometers

Felt good, good sweat.
