Hostyle Conditioning -Bonus class!
Well today was another class. it was completely unexpected. these surprise classes are the toughest. LOL. I was glad I did it though, as usual. here is what we did tonight.
AMRAP
15 Squats
15 kettle bell dead lifts
15 push ups
do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. no breaks.
I completed 6.5 rounds and I was toast.
nice little workout considering it was my night off.
