Here is what we did:
WOD
First section...
Swings
Around the body
Figure 8's
30 seconds of each, with 30 seconds of rest, 4 rounds
Added upright rows
2 more rounds of 30 seconds on and off
1 minute rest
Added them all together for next section, 2 minutes straight

1 minute rest
Reversed it !

push ups
step ups
30 seconds on 30 seconds off, couple of rounds
Practiced proper cleans to rack position with the 24kg, and 16kg bell
Workout over.
Yet another good one!
