Hostyle conditioning - welcome Eric

Last night was our Thursday cross fit class and we welcomed out newest athlete, Eric! He brought it and kicked butt!

We did the WOD

We did stations, to welcome out new athlete
30 on 30 off, with the usual doubles thrown in from time to time

Box step ups
Multiple rounds

Sandbag shouldering
Multiple rounds, I used the 80 lb bag

Squats with a kettle bell
Multiple rounds

Horizontal rows
Multiple rounds

We finished the nigh with multiple passes with the prowler! It was weighted down with 60lb

All done, a great night....
